Weekly programme

Our gatherings are always evolving but you can count on some regular opportunities to connect with us each week.

Monday

10.45am - 11.45am Tai Chi (slow movement class)

12-2pm Foodbank

Tuesday

9:30am -11:00am -Toddler Time (term time only). Meet with other parents and toddlers from this community with safe play and activities for toddlers and coffee and chat for parents. Please contact the office to see if there are places available.

8:15pm Adult Music Groups - brass band and choir (alternate Tuesdays)

Wednesday

9:30am -11:00am - Toddler Time (term time only). Meet with other parents and toddlers from this community with safe play and activities for toddlers and coffee and chat for parents.  Please contact the office to see if there are places available.

5:00pm - 6:00pm - Childrens Taekwondo

6:00pm - 7:00pm - Taekwondo for Adults Beginner or experienced, are all welcome at Sacramento's Taekwondo. For self-defence, fitness or just fun, all classes are led by qualified instructor (Black Belt 4th Dan).

7:30pm Zumba Whether you're really fit or want to be, all are welcome to fun and fitness led by our qualified instructor.

Thursday

10.30am -Sing For Joy - Community Choir - everyone welcome

2:00pm Home League. A meeting primarily for women but with a spiritual focus. A great opportunity to spend time with other women of all ages, and exploring a different focus each week.

6.00pm - 7.00pm Pilates

Sunday

10:30am to 12:00 Morning Service.   This is when our whole community gets together each week. We have specific programmes for Kids and a creche. Coffee is always an important part of our mornings together.

We also broadcast our services on USTREAM where possible and provide a live feed via our facebook and twitter accounts. Click on the links to take you to these sites.

RAINBOW CHURCH

Once a month on the second Sunday of each month we have a service called Rainbow Church at 3pm. Rainbow Church is planned specifically for people with learning difficulties or disabilities and is also open to friends, family and carers. All are welcome.
